Your satisfaction is our priority. Because we deal in authentic, clinical-grade Korean skincare sourced directly from licensed laboratories and authorized distributors in South Korea, we maintain strict quality control at every step.

All Sales Are Final Due to the hygienic nature, safety standards, and clinical integrity of personal care and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or process exchanges once an order has been opened or used. This policy exists to protect every customer from receiving previously handled products.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders We take full responsibility for any error on our end. If your order arrives damaged during international transit, is defective, or you receive the wrong item — please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@silknoor.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your case and make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Approved Refunds Once a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
